Time Off Calendar - To improve collaborative working i would like details on personal calendars (and respective group calendars) to be visible on the teams calendar so that all information relating to team members. It'd be great if outlook had some native functionality for this. I could create a new group with a calendar. Would the best way be to create an email address and have the calendar items associated with that email? End goal is to allow people to book time on a group calendar for their days off. But the appointment creation will fail if anyone tries to book an appointment as there is a status check again with live calendar at the time of appointment creation. I've added a new site to our o365 account called calendars, in which i've created a few calendars (add app > calendar) for various purposes (time off for staff vacation requests, conference line for internal resource booking, etc.), and i've modified the fields for each calendar to remove fields that don't apply (like 'location' for the time. Hi Robelliott, Thank You For Your Reply.i Have Used Power Apps To Develop Leave Request But Only Halfway Because My Organization Decides To Use Sharepoint For The System, Similar To The Video I Posted Earlier.

I have created a team for use within a specific group of which all members use office 365 and the outlook calendar to plan time off, meetings etc. The event created in outlook does not appear in bookings app as time off and therefore allows a service to be booked at the same date/time as the time off event.
